Return and refund policy
Viera swim offers refunds for only full priced items purchased on our website, provided that, unworn items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date and you must contact us first, the items must have hygiene seal intact and all earth friendly hang tags attached. Unworn items must be returned in their original biodegradable packaging. If the item was purchased on sale (including promotional offers) they cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. The item must be in it's original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any way, items will be inspected and items with any tags or liners removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Viera Swim reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in anyway and do not meet our quality standards.

Shipping Policy
Viera Swim will not be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at time of order.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Viera Swim DOES NOT hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes given by the country you are shipping to. We will not be responsible for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. Please become familiarized with your country standard regulations and policies as duty payments. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the item.
