Viera Swim is made using recycled fabrics, environmentally friendly dyes, BIO-degradable packaging & Compostable Mailer.
By being sustainable we ensure that our fabrics and packaging are not harmful to the ecosystem. We do our research for materials sources and work with only earth friendly fabrics.
OUR FABRICS
is a regenerated nylon made with no new resources using 100% recycled materials. ECONYL® rescue, regenerate, remake, reimagine. Turning trash into treasure while cleaning our oceans.
Rescue
The ECONYL® Regeneration System starts with rescuing waste, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic from landfills and oceans all over the world.That waste is then sorted and cleaned to recover all of the nylon possible.
Regenerate
Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. That means ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same as virgin nylon.
Remake
ECONYL® regenerated nylon is processed into carpet yarn and textile yarn for the fashion and interior industries.
Reimagine
The beauty of ECONYL® regenerated nylon is that it has the potential to be recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality. We believe circular design is the future and using ECONYL® is our first step on that journey.
is a high quality recycled fiber, made entirely with 100% plastic bottles. They offsets the use of new petroleum, meaning fewer greenhouse gases and water and energy conservation. They process over 2.2 billion plastic bottles each year into recycled performance fiber resulting in 75 million pounds of high quality clean flake. The flake is transported to the REPREVE® recycling center where it is blended, melted and turned into REPREVE® chip, the REPREVE® chip is loading into silos, just one silo holds a million pounds of chip, that's 27 million plastic bottles. Then REPREVE® chip is melted, extruded and made into REPREVE® recycled fiber, to create an extensive line of polyester, nylon and staple fibers.
PACKAGING
Each swimwear is packed into a BIO-degradable package. Viera Swim uses a 100% compostable mailer bag that will transform into a fertilized to 3-6 months, being not harmful to our environment.
