Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Viera Swim offers refunds or exchanges only for full-priced items purchased on our website. To be eligible, items must be unworn, and you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Once return instructions are provided, you will have 5 days to ship your package back at the customer’s expense.
For a full refund, shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must have the hygiene seal intact, all earth-friendly hang tags attached, and must be returned in their original biodegradable packaging.
Please note that discounted items, including orders placed with our welcome code or any promotional offer, are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items with removed tags or liners will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please Note: Pre-order items are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not available.
Viera Swim reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in any way, or do not meet our quality standards.
Delivery Issues / Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Viera Swim is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at the time of purchase.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier, we’ll be happy to help resend it once it arrives back to us. Please note that any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is marked as unclaimed or returned to sender and you no longer wish to have it resent, a refund may be issued once the package has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the package does not make its way back to us, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or replacement.
