Exchange & Return Policy

Return, exchange and refund policy: 

Viera swim offers refunds or exchanges for only full- priced items purchased on our website, provided they are unworn and returned within 7 days of the delivery date at the customers expense. Please contact us first for delivery instructions and address. You must contact us first for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable). Items must have hygiene seal intact and all earth friendly hang tags attached. Unworn items must be returned in their original biodegradable packaging. Sale items (including promotional offers) cannot be returned unless faulty. Items must be in it's original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused. Items with removed tags or liners will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Viera Swim reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in anyway and do not meet our quality standards.
